Tommy Lee Moffat Bio

Tommy Lee Moffat was born in the small town of Renfrew in Scotland. Tommy is real country boy at heart as he has a farming background and graduated college with a degree in agriculture.

He began playing in clubs at the age of 14 singing rock, pop, and country covers. He moved over to country music influenced by Merle Haggard, George Jones, Dwight Yoakum, and George Strait. Tommy formed the Blue ridge band which toured extensively throughout Europe performing covers and original material.

Tommy's last album before leaving Europe for the United States titled “This is Not Me,“ which received good reviews in both the press and radio.

Tommy moved to the U.S. to pursue his music career in South Carolina and Tennessee, writing and recording his music, however due to unforeseen circumstances he had to put his music aside. Upon moving to California Tommy started a career in farming and now owns his own custom harvesting business.

In 2003, Tommy was diagnosed with kidney failure and had to go on dialysis until 2008, of when he received a kidney transplant. During that period Tommy had written many new songs and with some persuading from his family and friends desired to get back into the country music scene.
